Welcome to my homepage !

Currently, I am a permanent reseacher ("chargé de recherche") at INRIA Rhone-Alpes in the team SWING. I am localized at the CITI laboratory in Lyon.

Previously, I was a post-doc researcher at the Information Security Group (GSI) of UCL (Belgium). I got my PhD degree from Ecole Polytechnique by june 2007. I have worked in the projet CODES (now called SECRET) at INRIA Paris-Rocquencourt. My advisors were Nicolas Sendrier and André Seznec.

Research

Cryptographic pseudo-random generators. I am particularly interested by the theory of pseudorandomness and by the design of stream ciphers. of Boolean functions to obtain: 

  • Graph theory to obtain pseudo-random sequences with good statistical properties.
  • Boolean functions to design filter or feedback functions in stream ciphers. 
  • Feedback with Carry Shift Registers (FCSRs) which were introduced to me by professor Thierry Berger.

Radio communications. I work on wireless sensors network and more particularly on any aspects of information processing:

  • Source coding and data compression with correlated sources.
  • Error correcting codes for relay networks.
  • Data aggreggation.

Computer arithmetic and architecture. As a student of André Seznec, I have spent some time studying computer architecture. I am also interested arithmetic and more particularly by finite field computations and algorithms.


I am also interested in any topics related to algorithms, cryptography and information theory.
